Obama Hesitated – Panetta Issued Order to Kill Osama Bin Laden at Pat Dollard
Does read a bit fishy. Our military leadership is VERY ethical regarding our political structure. Hard to imagine this except as disinformation. Still – I can imagine a milder version in which the military/cia team worked their plan carefully to box Obama into a decision he was (believably) not likely eager to make. Ultimately he did have to make the decision.
