Bush's Fault? or Maybe we look deeper?

SO we blame Bush - who never had more than ONE vote margin in congress and that ONLY for two years - after which his margin decreased and by his last two years was under a massive democrat majority. No wonder Fannie and Freddie went over the cliff.
