Vintage movies-Not to be missed

IMO many movies produced day with budgets amounting to millions of dollars are junk. I'm asking you to see the following two complete black & white (B&W) vintage movies in Internet Archive free on your computer, which were produced with low budgets, then describe your own similar movie that you would create and produce today:
