There are Soooo many issues with Cap and Trade. I cannot list them all. The final analysis is EVERYONE, poor and rich will be penalized for EVERYTHING they do or buy. In the end the poor will be subsidized to ease the burden. The so-called fund development to create "new energy sources" will never materialize because the funds will become merely another means to buy votes for Democrats.
