Families United press release Cedar Rapids, Iowa Families United today released Voices, a new Web video featuring Gold Star Families who feel their voices and their support for our troops and their mission are not represented in the mainstream media. In the video, available online at www.familiesunitedmission.com, Gold Star Families share their stories of sacrifice and display their hope that America's mission in the Global War on Terror especially in Afghanistan and Iraq is not abandoned before it is completed successfully. The video also implores mainstream media to no longer overlook stories of success and heroism in the War on Terror, and to look beyond the anti-war leaders of the left as regular sources for War on Terror stories.
